Concentric reducers

Machined concentric reducers provide a precise and reliable transition between pipe diameters in pressurized piping systems.

Machined concentric reducers are used where the piping system requires a smooth and controlled transition between different diameters. SIMONA Stadpipe supplies reducers with fully machined construction, ensuring accurate geometry and predictable flow characteristics.

The reducers feature a 45° internal angle and a 50° external angle, providing a stable welding zone and a smooth hydraulic transition. We manufacture the reducers in black PE 100 and offer them in SDR 26, SDR 17, and SDR 11. The products are designed for butt welding and work well as standard components in aquaculture and industrial piping systems.
