The Stadpipe CIP Tank is a high‑capacity PE 100 system for circulation cleaning in pipeline‑based installations. It removes particles and deposits that cause blockages and reduce performance. The system also helps lower long‑term maintenance costs.
A fully molded 1600‑liter polyethylene tank forms the core of the unit. Integrated heating supports stable cleaning cycles. Forklift access from all sides simplifies handling and installation. A large top lid allows easy detergent filling. Two 6 kW heating elements maintain cleaning temperatures between 30 and 50 °C.
